Ever since its foundation in 1973 by brothers Leif and Rolf Abdon, Finax has been driven by a continued passion for food as well as curiosity when it comes to developing new exciting products.
What began with simple production of flour has now grown and developed into a company offering a broad range of muesli products, bread, crisp breads, flour mixes and a wide range of gluten free alternatives – always made with Rolf Abdon’s “mantra” in mind:
”We only produce what we ourselves would give to our children.”
This is a simple philosophy, which is easy to understand and sympathize with – but also one that requires patient and goal targeted efforts from our side. We strive for the utmost quality in what we do, which includes selection of raw materials, manufacturing and development.
